Below you will find a list of our three beautiful properties located on the northern Pacific Ocean in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Turquoise Club
One Bedroom - sleeps up to 4
Welcome to TURQUOISE CLUB on the famous Pacifico Boulevard of Playas del Coco (Del Coco Beach), Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica!
We have a spacious 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom end unit condo (#40) and 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom condo (#39) right beside it located in a calm oasis in Playas del Coco, known as TURQUOISE. This is a well-maintained gated community on the main street entering Playas del Coco.
The condos are on the second floor, so they beautiful high vaulted ceilings. Both condos have been newly remodelled. There are ceiling fans and new A/C units in all main rooms. As you enter the condos, the open layout of the living and dinning areas have many large windows which give you plenty of natural light. The kitchens come fully equipped to prepare home meals. The condos also offers free WIFI, smart TV in the living room and a second TV in the master bedrooms.
The one bedroom condo has a king bed in the bedroom and two futon sofa beds in the living room. The two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and double size pull out sofa bed in the living room. The two condos combined can sleep up to 10 people – 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 3 sofa beds. The condos also come complete with fresh bed linens and towels washed prior to your arrival; there is no need for you to bring anything.
Guests enjoy all of the benefits of the TURQUOISE community including a large pool with waterfall, jacuzzi, pool loungers, patio tables, rancho, laundry facilities, tropical gardens, and 24hour security. Situated right on the main street, TURQUOISE is one of Playas del Coco’s premier sought-after developments and considered a rare find. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and just a 10-minute stroll to the beach.
There are very few condominium complexes so conveniently situated right on the main street. Everything you could possibly want or need is all there on one road, so you won’t get lost. There are several supermarkets, fruit vendors, shops, medical and dental services, pharmacies, banks, and the incredible restaurants and cafes on the main street, which ends at the beach.
Many scuba diving, sport fishing, snorkelling, sailing, sightseeing and adventure tours depart from Coco. You are also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
At Del Coco Beach you can enjoy a calm water swim, a walk along the beach boardwalk, watch the sun set, or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. There are several bars/restaurants along the beach. Our condos also come equipped with beach gear; there are beach towels, floaties, chairs, and travel coolers that you are more than welcome to use.
The best thing about Turquoise Club is it’s location right on the Main Boulevard, making it a very walkable location to just about everything. It is only 500m to the heart of downtown and another 500m to the beach. To put this into perspective, it is comparable to having to walk around a very large resort – a five to ten minute walk (or less) to anything you want.
Car, golf cart, ATV, or bicycle rentals are options for transportation during your stay. With any of these you can also explore the neighbouring Ocotal Beach and all of Coco Beach area. TURQUOISE offers free gated parking for your vehicle and has a number of bicycle racks throughout the complex.
Playas del Coco is most definitely well known for its restaurants, more than 50 to choose from! It also a vibrant night life for such a quaint little beach town. There is a casino and always an event happening at one of the bars from food and drink specials to live entertainment.
Although there is plenty to see and do in Coco Beach alone, some popular other beaches and places of interest nearby are: Ocotal Beach (5 mins), Playa Hermosa (10 mins), Panama Beach (20 mins), or even go as far as the popular surf town of Tamarindo (90 mins) for the day. Diamante Ecological Park is also just 25-minutes away for world famous ziplining or something more relaxed like the animal sanctuary and beach.
Located just 25 minutes from Liberia, so you can spend less time travelling and more time enjoying. Pura vida!

Welcome to Sweet Dreams in Ocotal, Guanacaste! Come and enjoy the Gulf of Papagayo in this fabulous fully equipped and affordable one bedroom condo.

Sweet Dreams is strategically situated just 1 km from Ocotal Beach and 2 kms from Playas del Coco. Ocotal Beach is known for its volcanic black sand, turquoise waters and as one of the best snorkeling and scuba diving spots in Guanacaste. It has the “blue flag” meaning it is recognized as one of the cleanest beaches in Costa Rica. The famous Father Roster’s restaurant is just down the road, ocean front. Snorkelling gear, paddle boards, and kayaks are available to rent, and scuba diving tours and fishing charters can be easily booked right on the beach. Guests can also enjoy all amenities of the Octotal Beach Club, such as the gym, pickleball, private beach club, pools and restaurants, by getting a day, week, or month pass.
For more restaurants, shopping, and night life, Playas del Coco is just minutes away as well. Playas del Coco is a small fishing and tourist village where you can find supermarkets, banks, medical services, shops, restaurants, bars, casino, and a very vibrant nightlife.
Sweet Dreams is within walking distance to both beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants, but renting a golf cart or car is recommended to enjoy all that these two popular beach towns have to offer.
