Prices & Policies 

The following rates are subject to change without notice.

One bedroom studio-style: $100/night

One bedroom: $120/night

Two bedroom: $150/night 

​

Minimum 4 night stay. 

For each reservation there is an additional $50 cleaning fee. 

Optional services available:

$40 Airport Pick-up
$65 Mid-week cleaning & laundry service

All properties have a Property Manager available to assist you at any time during your stay.  

​

Booking Procedure:
50% down at time of booking and balance paid upon arrival at check in. 

Check in time: 11 a.m.
Check out time: 3 p.m.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
There is a $100 USD cancellation fee on any reservation for the administration and processing.

Refunds on Deposits and Payments:
Cancellation more than 90 days in advance - 100%
Cancellation 60 to 90 days in advance - 75%
Cancellation 30 to 59 days in advance - 50%
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance - no refund
